Our client, one of the finest health food manufacturers in the world, is seeking for an Accounts Executive to join their team.



Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Produce timely monthly accounts and year end closing reports
• Prepare monthly financial reports & Variance analysis
• Submit quarterly GST returns
• Cash management and prepare cash flow projection
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Inventory control
• Liaise with auditors and external parties
• Attend to annual audit and tax queries
• Assist Factory Manager in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution/ CAT/ ACCA Level II
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• ERP software experience preferred
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and able to analyse date
• Able to work independently, with good working attitude and initiative
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Preferable able to start work within short notice

Responsibilities :

The incumbent reports to Head of Finance. Key tasks include:

• Perform all aspects of finance, accounting, audit and taxation functions that include maintaining and reviewing the entire financial records and systems to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare periodical accounts closing that include the analysis and reconciliation of financial reports.
