Assistant Accountant-Costing

(Based in Shenzhen)

Responsibilities

Analysis on quotation and pricing formula for various customer accounts
Overall control for quotation and pricing upon sales order granted
Analysis on financial status, inventory and costs co-ordination on inventory control and statutory audit
Monitor excess and obsolete material status and disposal
Analyze productivity and efficiency improvement for each operation
Analyze inventory levels in each operation process and major production process to tract any excess or bad WIPs pro-actively
Analyze direct and indirect labor manpower planning and headcount control
To perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

University graduate in Accounting / Financial Management or attained ACCA Professional Stage
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, in manufacturing / electronics industry a MUST
Solid experience in full set of Management Accounting
Responsible, detail-oriented and independent
Station at Shenzhen manufacturing plant is required

Job Duties:

Handle monthly end closing, implementation of SAP system (FI-CO)
Provide accurate & timely financial & management reports
Assist in ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
Hands on experience for account receivable (PRC)
Experience in using SAP (FI-CO) is a definite advantage
Proficient in MS office and Chinese input.
Independent, honest, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Occasional travel to China is required
Good command of English and Mandarin
Immediately available is a highly desirable

Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's finance and accounting matters.
Monitor company's financial management, costing and cash flow requirements.
Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reporting on monthly basis and ensure reporting integrity and compliances.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification from a recognized higher institution.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing field is preferred.
Possess the skills to perform financial and tax planning.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of maturity.
Detail oriented and able to abide by deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Duties:

Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts/month end closing
Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions
Prepare accounts analysis as required. Take necessary follow up actions proactively to ensure financial integrity
Ensure accuracy and timeliness to meet corporate reporting deadlines strictly
Assist in working capital management and Administrative support
Work with other members to ensure smooth system conversion
Prepare other ad hoc reports as required from time to time
Immediate available is preferred

Person:

Form 5 or above;
Student/member of ACCA or HKICPA;
Audit experience is preferred;
Working experience in general insurance is an advantage;
Experience in handling full set of accounts;
Be a team player, positive and able to meet tight schedule;
Hardworking, independent with initiative, good sense of responsibility;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage;
Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
